About Mrs. P
Hi, I’m Priscilla White, M.S., OTR/L or Mrs. P to most! I am the creator of Happy Brain, a Pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) Clinic based in Fresno, California.
I am originally from Southern California, moved to Northern California to pursue my dreams of becoming an OT, married the love of my life (who was born and raised in Fresno), became pregnant with my doublets, and due to complete happenstance came to Fresno during my pregnancy for a "weekend trip" to see family and ended up delivering at 29 weeks--which ultimately led me here today and now I get to call Fresno my home!
Besides being your local neighborhood OT, you can also often find me spending time with my husband chasing and wrangling my doublets, Arlo and Conor, lifting weights for regulation, exploring delectable delights of different food cultures, and drinking LOTS of “cups of ambition”!

Focused interventions
Over the last decade, I have seen the profound impact a brain-based approach to treatment has on children and family's lives—to create lasting change. I have aligned my practice standards to follow a functional neurology approach to treatment based on the tenets of Sensory Integration and the ability of sensory input to change a child’s ability to be attentive, interact, be purposeful, and learn new skills in multiple environments. Additional specialty practice areas include brain-based treatment under Harper’s Optimal Protocol for Enrichment (the H.O.P.E. Method), feeding, under the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding, Therapeutic Listening (TL) Program, DIRFloortime informed care, and a large emphasis on parent education/participation—the true change agents.
Populations Served
I primarily work with children with neurodevelopmental disorders including sensory processing challenges, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dyspraxia, and developmental delays. I also work with children with physical disabilities, such as traumatic brain injury, Achondroplasia, cerebellar ataxia, and rare genetic syndromes (including Cardiofaciocutaneous Syndrome (CFC)).
